Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Vastali platform. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Vastali

Vastali is a SaaS (Software as a Service) booking and membership management platform designed for wellness businesses. It enables business operators ("Business Accounts") to create booking pages, manage services, accept payments, and communicate with their customers ("End Customers").

These Terms govern your use of the Vastali platform at vastali.com and any associated mobile applications. Vastali is operated as a software platform — we are not a wellness service provider and are not responsible for the quality or delivery of services offered by businesses using our platform.

2. Accounts

To use Vastali, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your login details or allow others to access your account.

Business Accounts are created by operators who wish to use Vastali to manage their business. You must provide accurate business information during setup.

Customer accounts are created by individuals wishing to book services at businesses using Vastali. Customer accounts may be created with just an email address.

3. Platform subscription (Business Accounts)

3.1 Free trial

A 14-day free trial is available for new Business Accounts — no credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial period, you must select a paid plan to continue using paid platform features. If no plan is selected, your account will move to read-only status. Your data will not be deleted.

3.2 Billing options

We offer two billing cycles for paid plans:

  • Monthly billing: Charged each calendar month on your billing date.
  • Annual billing: Charged upfront for 12 months at a 20% discount off the equivalent monthly rate. Annual billing represents a commitment for the full 12-month period.

3.3 Promotional pricing

From time to time we may offer promotional or introductory pricing for new subscribers. Any promotional discount applies for the stated period only. At the end of the promotional period, your subscription automatically continues at the standard published rate for your plan unless you cancel in accordance with the cancellation policy below. Promotional pricing is available to new subscribers only and may not be combined with other offers unless expressly stated.

3.4 Auto-renewal

All paid subscriptions — both monthly and annual — automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled in advance. By subscribing, you authorise Vastali to charge your payment method on file at the then-current rate for your selected plan and billing cycle on each renewal date.

We will send a reminder email at least 14 days before an annual subscription renewal. It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue.

3.5 Cancellation policy

(a) Monthly subscriptions. You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period.

(b) Annual subscriptions. Annual subscriptions are billed in full at the start of the subscription year and represent a commitment for that 12-month period. To prevent automatic renewal of an annual subscription, you must cancel at least 28 days before your renewal date. If you do not cancel within this window, your annual subscription will renew and the renewal payment is non-refundable. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features continues until the end of the current annual period.

(c) How to cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging in to your account and navigating to Settings → Plan → Cancel subscription. If you are unable to cancel via the dashboard, contact us in writing at hello@vastali.com. Cancellations sent by email take effect when acknowledged by Vastali in writing.

3.6 Refund policy

Except where required by applicable law, we do not offer refunds for any subscription fees already charged, including:

  • Partial unused months on a monthly subscription;
  • The remainder of an annual subscription period cancelled mid-term;
  • Any introductory or promotional pricing periods already processed.

If we are unable to provide the service due to a fault solely on our part, we will assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the relevant charge.

3.7 Plan changes

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; you will be charged a pro-rated amount for the remainder of the current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle, and you will retain access to your current plan features until then. Switching between monthly and annual billing takes effect at your next renewal date.

3.8 Payment failure and account suspension

If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method again after 3 days and again after 7 days. If payment is not received within 7 days of the initial failure, your account will be suspended and access to paid features will be restricted. Your data will be retained during suspension. If payment is not received within 30 days of suspension, we reserve the right to permanently delete your account and all associated data. We will notify you by email at each stage of this process.

3.9 Subscription price changes

We may change our subscription prices at any time. We will give you at least 30 days' written notice (by email) before any price increase affects your active subscription. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing. If you do not accept a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.

4. Platform fee

Depending on your subscription plan, a platform fee may apply to paid bookings processed through the platform. The applicable fee rate is shown on the pricing page and within your account settings.

5. Payments via Stripe

All payments on the Vastali platform are processed by Stripe, Inc. By accepting payments as a business operator, you agree to Stripe's Connected Account Agreement. Vastali acts as the platform operator; your Stripe Express account is your own.

Vastali does not hold funds on your behalf. Money is transferred directly between the customer's payment method and your connected Stripe account, net of the platform fee.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Vastali platform to:

  • Offer services that are illegal, fraudulent, or harmful
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or other users' data
  • Use the platform to send unsolicited communications (spam)
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Vastali reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms without refund.

7. Intellectual property

The Vastali platform, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Vastali and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written consent.

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the platform (service descriptions, business information, customer notes, etc.).

8. Availability and service levels

We aim to keep Vastali available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vastali shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business.

Our total liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Vastali in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to account holders by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
