Creating Membership Plans

Set up recurring monthly or annual membership subscriptions.

Memberships are recurring subscriptions that give customers ongoing access to your services. Members are billed automatically via Stripe and can book sessions without paying at checkout.

Creating a membership plan

  1. 1Go to Memberships in the sidebar
  2. 2Click New Plan
  3. 3Enter a name (e.g. Unlimited Monthly, Wellness Monthly)
  4. 4Set the type to Subscription
  5. 5Set the price and billing interval (monthly or annual)
  6. 6Choose which services this membership covers (all services, or specific ones)
  7. 7Add a description that will appear on the booking page
  8. 8Click Save

How membership access works

When a member books a covered service, the booking is confirmed without a payment — their membership covers the cost. If a session is not covered by their membership, they are charged the normal price at checkout.

Cancellation and downgrade

Customers can cancel their membership from the customer portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — they retain access until then. You can also cancel a membership from the customer's profile page in the dashboard.

Tip: Offer both monthly and annual plans with an annual discount (e.g. 2 months free) to encourage longer commitment and reduce churn.
