Session Credit Bundles

Session bundles are pre-paid packs of session credits. A customer buys, for example, 10 cold plunge sessions for £250 and those credits are deducted each time they book.

Creating a bundle

1. 1Go to Memberships → New Plan
2. 2Set the type to Bundle
3. 3Enter the number of session credits (e.g. 10)
4. 4Set the total price for the bundle
5. 5Choose which services the credits apply to
6. 6Click Save

How credits work

When a customer purchases a bundle, Vastali adds the session credits to their account. Each time they book a covered service, one credit is deducted. When credits reach zero, they must purchase another bundle or pay per session.

Viewing credit balances

You can see a customer's remaining credits on their profile page under Memberships. Customers can see their balance in the customer portal and mobile app.
