Managing Customer Memberships
View and manage active subscriptions from the dashboard.
You can view and manage all active memberships from the Memberships section of the dashboard.
Viewing active memberships
Go to Memberships → Active tab. This shows every customer with an active subscription, their plan, billing date, and status.
Cancelling a membership for a customer
- 1Go to the customer's profile page
- 2Click the Memberships tab
- 3Click Cancel next to the active membership
- 4Choose whether to cancel immediately or at period end
- 5Confirm
Handling failed payments
If a membership payment fails, Stripe retries it automatically over several days. During this period, the customer's access remains active. If all retries fail, the subscription is cancelled and the customer receives a notification email.

Tip: Set up an automation for failed payments to send a friendly reminder email before Stripe cancels the subscription — this recovers many failed memberships.
