Discount Codes and Promo Codes

Discount codes let you offer percentage or fixed-amount discounts on bookings. Customers enter the code during checkout and the discount is applied automatically.

Creating a discount code

1. 1Go to Settings → Discounts
2. 2Click New Discount Code
3. 3Enter a code (e.g. SUMMER20 — uppercase letters and numbers only)
4. 4Choose discount type: Percentage off or Fixed amount off
5. 5Enter the discount value (e.g. 20 for 20%)
6. 6Optionally set a minimum booking value, maximum uses, or expiry date
7. 7Restrict to specific services if needed
8. 8Click Save

How customers use codes

During the booking flow, customers see a Promo code field on the booking form. They enter the code and click Apply. The discounted price is shown immediately before they confirm. Codes are validated in real-time.

Viewing code usage

From Settings → Discounts, click on any code to see how many times it's been used, total discount value given, and which customers used it.
