How Payments Work

Understanding the payment flow from booking to your bank account.

When a customer books a paid session, they complete a Stripe Checkout — a secure, hosted payment page. Stripe processes the card and transfers the funds directly to your connected bank account. On paid plans there is no Vastali platform fee, so you keep 100% of your revenue minus Stripe's processing fees.

Step-by-step payment flow

  1. 1Customer selects a slot and clicks Book
  2. 2They are redirected to Stripe Checkout hosted by Stripe
  3. 3They enter their card details securely
  4. 4Stripe processes the payment and confirms success
  5. 5They are redirected back to your booking confirmation page
  6. 6Stripe transfers the full amount to your connected bank account (usually within 2 business days)

Payment statuses

  • Pending — payment initiated but not yet confirmed
  • Paid — payment successfully processed
  • Refunded — full or partial refund issued
  • Failed — payment declined or errored

Viewing payment history

Go to Revenue in the sidebar to see a full history of payments, transfers, and refunds. You can also view individual payment records on each booking's detail page.

Stripe payouts to your bank account are typically processed every 2 business days, but this depends on your Stripe account's payout schedule. You can adjust this in your Stripe dashboard.
