Vastali is an all-in-one operating system for recovery and wellness studios. It handles everything from online bookings and payments to memberships, automations, and a customer-facing mobile app — so you can focus on delivering great sessions rather than managing admin.

What Vastali does

✓Generates and manages booking slots based on your availability rules and resources
✓Collects payment at the point of booking via Stripe — funds go directly to your bank account
✓Gives your customers a branded self-serve portal to book, reschedule, cancel, and manage memberships
✓Automates follow-up emails, win-back campaigns, birthday messages, and renewal nudges
✓Provides a real-time dashboard showing revenue, utilisation, and customer retention

Key concepts

✓Services — the bookable sessions you offer (e.g. Cold Plunge, Infrared Sauna, PT Session)
✓Resources — the physical assets used to deliver a service (e.g. plunge pool bay, sauna room, treatment room)
✓Availability rules — the days and hours each resource is available, which drive slot generation
✓Tenants — your studio workspace. Everything within Vastali belongs to your tenant.

Recommended setup order

1Connect Stripe Connect so you can accept payments (Settings → Payments)
2Create your resources (Schedule → Resources tab)
3Create your services and link them to resources
4Set up availability rules for each resource
5Test a booking on your public page at vastali.com/your-slug
6Embed the booking widget on your own website
7Set up memberships and automations

You can start taking bookings without Stripe connected — free sessions will work immediately. Paid sessions require Stripe to be set up first.
