Rescheduling and Cancelling Bookings
How to move or cancel existing bookings from the dashboard.
Bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled either by the studio from the dashboard, or by customers from their self-serve portal.
Rescheduling a booking (dashboard)
- 1Go to Bookings and find the booking to reschedule
- 2Click the booking to open its detail page
- 3Click Reschedule
- 4Select the new date and time slot
- 5Click Confirm Reschedule
- 6The customer receives an updated confirmation email automatically
Cancelling a booking (dashboard)
- 1Open the booking detail page
- 2Click Cancel Booking
- 3Choose whether to issue a refund (for paid sessions)
- 4Confirm the cancellation
- 5The customer receives a cancellation email

Customer self-service cancellation
Customers can cancel their own bookings from their portal at vastali.com/your-slug/portal. Cancellations are only permitted within the cancellation window you set on the service. Outside this window, customers must contact you directly.
Refund policy
When cancelling a paid booking, you choose whether to issue a full refund, partial refund, or no refund. Refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear in the customer's account within 5–10 business days.
Note: Stripe charges a small fee on refunds that is not returned. Factor this into your cancellation policy.
